Miles R. Stover, President of Turnaround, has nearly two decades of successful experience in the turnaround environment within a variety of industries and capacities. He has held senior level positions such as Chief Executive Officer, President, General Manager, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Manufacturing at companies that ranged up to Fortune 100, billion dollar revenue organizations, domestically and internationally.

Mr. Stover has several areas of expertise that can benefit a company, among them are: turnaround strategy development, fund raising, and bankruptcy management i.e., serving as debtor-in-possession, financial advisor, and management advisor. Also, he has extensive experience in credit line development, production floor reorganization, cost saving programs, overall administration programs, any area of accounting, succession planning, negotiations and contract review, cash flow management programs, and IPO or ISO 9000 preparation. Mr. Stover is qualified to serve as a Trustee or Examiner in Chapter 11 proceedings. He is also very familiar with Mexican Maquilladora operations. He has also served on the board of directors for numerous organizations.

Mr. Stover is one of only 175 professionals in America to have earned the Certified Turnaround Professional designation from the Turnaround Management Association. In addition, he has been mentioned for his successful turnaround work in Inc. Magazine, has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal and he has had his articles on the subject of turnarounds published nationwide.

Mr. Stover earned a B.S. degree from the University of Southern California in accounting and an M.B.A. degree from Pepperdine University in management. He has completed all course requirements and his dissertation towards a D.B.A. degree. Mr. Stover is actively involved with the Turnaround Management Association, Institute of Management Consultants, American Bankruptcy Institute, Association of Insolvency Advisors, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, National Bureau of Professional Management Consultants, MENSA, BECCA, Institute of Management Accountants among others.
