Jim Hessler, Founder
of Path Forward Management Consulting, has over 25 years of business
management and leadership experience. He has held senior executive positions
with Unisource Corporation, the Wildfire Group and Equarius. In addition, Jim
has broad experience and a successful track record in general management, sales
management and sales.
Jim has engineered successful
business turnarounds in several companies and has been a project leader for a
massive reorganization effort in a Fortune 150 company. He’s a talented leader
in his own right and has achieved success under highly competitive and
challenging circumstances. Because of this, Jim combines his significant
“real world” experience with a studied and insightful view of management and
leadership when serving clients.

individual coaching and mentoring, team training, and 360-style assessments to

Executive Coaching
Jim’s effective coaching helps individuals reach their potential by surmounting

Path Forward, in partnership with Almond and Associates, represents the
Profiles International line of individual and team assessment tools. The
Profiles tools are essential in the growth of individuals and organizations.
Path Forward helps clients use the assessments effectively and provides creative
and effective follow-up consultation that builds on the tools to create optimal

Path Forward Leadership
Workshops
We have developed an extremely effective series of leadership workshops that
have been ranked “excellent/very good” by 96% of attendees. The workshops are
great as a stand-alone service but also integrate and support Path Forward’s
other services. The workshops are offered in partnership with the community
college system and local Chambers of Commerce, but can also be tailored and
conducted for specific clients.

Jim is a talented and memorable speaker and presenter; he has spoken at numerous
business conferences and events on a variety of leadership-related topics. He
